Monthly Retainer
The "retainer" option is ideal for organizations that know they need a marketing or communications professional but do not wish to incur the overhead associated with a traditional W2 employee or perhaps the workload doesn't necessitate a full-time team member.
This particular, flexible approach includes packages for as little as 10 hours per month and as many as 40+/- hours per month, depending on the need.
Hourly Rate
The "hourly rate" option is perfect for the person or organization that simply wants to brainstorm a particular topic or approach or has a single, small project to execute.
The hourly rate and associated conversations can be held in person, on a video call such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, or on the phone.
Commission
The "commission" option includes an agreed-upon commission amount for certain projects based on things like downloads, contracts, etc. This approach is likely used in tandem with the retainer package.
